Every human being is different by way of genetics , body physiology and mental fitness. One person can handle a stressful situation comfortably but same task another human being just cannot do. As each one’s nature of soul is very different from another human being. For example, a person who wish become a painter because of his skills but because of situation becomes an police officer . This will lead to multiple issues at his mind level. His brain has to under go lot of changes, which is called neuroplasticity. He may do the task of police but at the cost of loosing his inner voice which will lead to multiple mental / physiological issues.
This is also seen commonly in all walks of life. When ever you work against your mind the burn out is triggered , the longer you work the chronic will be the manifestation and damages with in your body and mind. Also when ever you work more than the adoptive capacity of body ,like your physiology allows you to work only for 35 hours a week but you work more than 45 hours , you will burnout and the ageing changes will get triggered and metabolic diseases will start manifesting.
Multiple other factors like your distribution of time in personal life , family life , your food habits , the pollution levels around you and the emotional support you have. If all factors not supporting your health, you are in high risk of diabetes mellites, high BP, stroke, heart attack and many life-threatening illnesses.
Be watchful, do a daily introspection on how you can improve your work-life balance. Just
accept who you are and stop acting who you are not. Don’t compare with anyone in the work,
get inspired by people but just don’t try to be them. You are you, a unique human being.
